*This is it, the finals! Lao has made it up the ladder and nearly reached the top, one last blockade in his path to victory and he intends to blast through it. In his mind he thanks the Gods above for a suitable place to fight, he thought he would fail in the semifinals but got off lucky winning over the autonomous robot known as Rook. A sunny day inside a domed structure ready for a fight in the Hueon dome arena, a perfect for the situation Lao is being put into. He steps into position, nervous, his hopes high and confident he will succeed this day as Champion. Lao, a fairly average sized man standing at 5’ 9” with a moderately built form. Blue eyes covered by a very odd visor, a way he enhances sight through being able to look at every form of light ranging from radio waves to Gamma waves. Though his body was average his armor gave him a rather bulky look, an armored chest plate made of solid tungsten carbide, an extremely durable alloy that rivals and almost trumps steel. Aside from the chest plate the rest of his clothing was made of rubber resistant to Fire and Ice reinforced with carbon nanotubes giving it extremely light weight but almost impenetrable defenses. His weapons were that of a solid tungsten carbide retractable katana with 2 extra blades hidden in the hilt if one becomes broken, a High Caliber pistol loaded with Armor piercing ammo that can shred its victim on the inside with 2 extra magazines on the holster, and a gauntlet that gives him remarkable abilities. His abilities almost solely based upon kinetic energy which is why they call him The Meteor since his abilities range around Kinetic energy. Though his defenses are already superb his main ability that being known as a kinetic barrier, a barrier that can repel and reflect on coming attacks with the same amount of energy but deflects nearly every form of kinetic energy at a cost of the energy of the barrier to become more fragile the more Lao is attacked, Luckily for him it can replenish but takes a considerable amount of time. His favorite ability deals with him moving around the battle field almost similar to teleporting, the flash stepping however is short ranged and cannot exceed 10 meters, the down side to him using his teleportation is him losing some of his barrier as he moves around but can continuously use the flash step but that will cause his shields to be delayed on recharge for a longer amount of time. The gauntlet is a way he is given these abilities but it’s not a form of armor it is a weapon, since it is a weapon he is able to shoot energy of the barrier out through the palm of his hand, when the beam of energy strikes a surface the end of the beam explodes similar to a grenade, but with some of his abilities it causes his barrier to drain, he will only be able to use 5 shots of the beam before his barrier is completely depleted. His barrier depletes the more he attacks with his energy, one ability gives him an edge that can cause his barrier to completely restore, a signature move of his known as the kinetic slam, 3 extra layers add to his barrier giving him nearly impenetrable defenses for a short few seconds increasing his mass, then a blast of kinetic energy then boosts him forward at high speed enough to blast through thick stone like a battering ram, but as he makes contact with the opponent the barriers explode as well excluding the inner most one, the blast from the barriers only doubles the force of the energetic tackle and fully recharges his barrier but takes a large time window to reuse. His sword being his main weapon, can be given add effects with his gauntlet, his gauntlet gives the sword when slashed in Lao’s off hand a shockwave effect with nearly Three thousand five hundred pounds of force when slashed, though strong the attack is quite slow only traveling at about as fast as 20 miles per hour and can only travel a total distance of 30 meters effectively the plus side to the shock wave is its area of effect of 10 meters in diameter when blasted, this ability can wear him down quite a lot taking out half his shields for a blow that strong. Regardless of his defenses it does not hold him back as far as agility and speed, these that give him durability give him edge for that he can travel at tremendous speeds and can rattle off attacks that can stagger an opponent or ultimately blow them away. His best weapon was not something on his person, a special mechanical suit that he can call down from low orbit outfitted with airburst missiles and triple strength of his original abilities including his beams of energy and the kinetic tackle, luckily like most types of vehicles there is a function when the integrity of the mech suit is breached he can eject from the suit to safety or simply flash stepping out of the vehicle, but that is in the case of the area being enclosed and inside an interior. He however should not have any problem with having to deal with fighting on the interior. The problem with that is that he will not have any access to the mech, he will be fighting all on his own, the satellite containing the suit has been disabled for this fight and access will be reconfigured when the fight is over. Sweat rolls down the side of his head, adrenaline streams through the blood vessels, deep breaths resonating from his nostrils and slightly tensed muscles from the anticipation from this final round. He draws the katana, twirling the hilt thrice in hand when he grabs the hilt tightly as the blade extends, sharper than a razor, and the sound of the tungsten carbide blade vibrating loudly. He curls the fingers of his offhand in tight like the paw of a predatory cat, the gauntlet’s palm glowing purple in hue, from the buildup in energy in the center of it. The barriers raise, invisible to the naked eye as massive amounts of kinetic energy warp around his body shielding him from nearly all threats that move toward him reflecting nearly every attack shot at him at the cost of loss in energy in the barrier. He awaits his opponent prepped and ready, the final round begins, he is ready to claim his prize, as champion.*

✝ She had been lying on the ground with her eyes closed, each strand of blue hair on her head swayed in the breeze of the air that surrounded her organic well being. The sparkles of the treads on her trench coat gleamed oddly and mysteriously as if they were a map of the universe itself. She opened her left eyelid noticing her opponent standing on the opposite end of her, her awakened and yet disoriented sense of sight peered onto him and locked eyesight with his own. She turned over to lay straight down on her back and as she did so, she rose her kneecaps up as well as positioning her feet directly into the ground. With incredible force putting not even a portion of weight into her legs, she then had began to raise her whole top half off of the ground almost looking as if she had the structure of a person that could dislocate joints or bones in the body. As she was lifting herself up and with each strand of hair covering her face and the longness of that hair touching the ground as her right eye had begun opening itself, she reached for her Otonashi Nihonto that heightened from 6 feet expanding to 6 feet and 11 inches. Gently sliding her fingers across the handle, she glared to him and an insane grin began to form as the color of her eyes and her pupils shrunk already giving off a bad vibe and already answering what would be his question that she was insane. She grabbed hold of the handle, tightly dripping to it's glory as she begins unsheathing it from it's sheathed state. The glowing of fox spirit purple began to overlap the entire blade itself, nearly looking as if it were just flames silently dancing upon the photon metal of this katana which the photons that were materials to build the weapon itself were able to cut through other types of metal, concrete and rock, soil and clay and anything else planetary related. The centre of her abdomen began to glow black which was as bright as Light itself which that was being the first prep and also the beginning of her opponent's defeat. Fantasia herself called that the "Blinding Light of Darkness" which was the opposite of Light and also lit just like Light would in any and everyday Life. As the Otonashi Nihonto left it's sheath, it then lit up fully in the fox spirit purple aura that the photons of the blade were giving off and as she then stood up straight, turning to her opponent as the facial expression has not changed even in the slightest. Her face became shrouded in Darkness and a mouth with a full set of razor sharp teeth began to form and her eyes started to gleam with a tint of crimson red and a tint of shining star blue which were the only things besides the glowing mouth that gave way to appearance. The red silver studded gauntlets on her forearms and hands, the right one had begun taking the fox spirit purple aura, which had The Darkening ability which is said if upon contact with another will search through memories looking for negativity that would then affect the victim on dangerously high levels, will either become a Darkening Slave to it's will, or perish into ashes and become nothing the soul and everything that existed of the victim will vanish. Parts of the form she'll be taking has already revealed itself, which is to be her final and ultimate form. The proxy itself shrouds the user in Darkness and becomes something entirely non-human, almost monstrous but nothing of the sort. The proxy's resistances are Fire, Light and Darkness which would basically have no affect on her. Her healing factor would be raised 10 fold of her original factor when in the form of her proxy and her speed is raised dramatically from Mach 20 to Mach 50 which is faster than the speed of sound, at least to her knowledge anyways. The Dome was lit and parts of her remained in Darkness as she stood there knowing she had this in the bag and with that, she would await the first move that her opponent would make standing there firmly and ready. ✝

*This woman was his final test, he then makes eye contact with her as she stands. Her odd body movements were an unsettling sight, somewhat disgusted him as soon as she smiled. “You are one.. ugly.. bitch.,” he says just blinking with a face that looks like its seen an animal carcass. He witnesses the unsheathing of the blade she carried, he looks at her with an expression that is unimpressed, “You must be joking if you need that much steel.” When she simply stands there, at the ready he does not hesitate he bends at the knees double shoulder width apart keeping light on the heels, he raises his off hand with the gauntlet aimed at her and his blade held in the main hand with a reverse grip with his arm outstretched back, immediately firing 2 beams of energy from his barrier first directly at the opponent, with the second underneath her. This devastating beam would explode if they made contact with any surface. The first sound barrier breaking beam would travel at Mach 1 just as fast as the modern bullet, this explosion if it contacts the woman would cause a harsh impact to the chest followed by a shockwave that would possibly rip apart limbs, her own head or bits or more than likely large chunks of flesh from her body, with the secondary effect of the blast to simply explode sending a large shock wave to rupture organs from the inside and her own ear drums being more than likely to take the hit being so close as well since she is so close to the explosion if and when it hits her. The second beam would travel beneath her about 2 feet away from the target hitting the ground using the blast wave to work having the same effects due to the explosion being so close but to attempt to stumble the opponent and possibly knock down the female combatant if she tries to dodge if she takes the minimal damage of trauma to many organs in the body or minor internal bleeding. This blast wave was a seven meters in diameter and would be hard to escape since this high speed grenade would potentially blow her away or fatally wound her from the inside. He expects a direct hit, but who knows, she may have a trick card up her sleeve, he hopes for the best as he sends these blasts of energy toward her. His shield depletes as he fires these two shots, sixty percent remains, his gauntlet charges after the beams are released, if he needs to do a quick recharge he will be ready.*
